Hardware:

The handset we use Cisco Unified IP Phones 7906 ,7911,7912 ,7940 and 7941. They are designed to meet the communication needs of professional workers.  They look good, work well and are easy to use.

Connecting to the system:

With VoIP the reliability and quality of your system relies on the type of internet connection you opt for.  As we mention before, we go for Quality of Service, so via MPLS, a private, secure connection direct to the ISP, with Service Level Agreements or even better, Fibre.

This means the difference between the potential of 4 hours down time compared to 20 hours
