We have 3 levels of IT support contracts; PAYG (Pay as you go), Standard or Premium. We provide a very responsive, remote support service regardless of the contract level, with PAYG and Standard you can then add on-site support if needed.

Standard Support includes:

  • Remote help desk support for all end user queries relating to existing system
  • Monitor central and branch firewalls and routers
  • General account administration on the server
  • Proactive monitoring of key components to maximise system efficiency and reduce failures
  • Gateway virus and spam scanning - border control for your incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Managed anti-virus - we install our own anti-virus software to help prevent infection from the web, email, disks and downloads.
  • Managed backup - we install our own backup software which will run the backup and provide us with emailed reports
  • Management of any system hardware or software incidents
  • Management of problems escalated to hardware and software vendors
  • Maintenance of system and reporting of necessary fixes and improvements
  • All Microsoft Windows, Apple Mac and desktop operating systems
  • Proactive maintenance with 6 monthly site visits


Premium Support includes:

  • All of the above plus on-site support work, so all on-site requirements are pre-budgeted and covered. No hidden call out charges or extras.

  • Citrix GoToAssist - remote support software which allow us to fix problems on both Windows and Macs. 90% of issues can be resolved this way without us needing to come to site.

We believe in a healthy dose of transparency, and appreciate that it is often difficult to gauge whether a service provider is in your ball park, so to speak. Below you will the cost of our current support packages.

There are always bells and whistles that can be added, and buttons and braces that can be removed and its always best to call for a quote specifically for you.
 

  • PAYG - £50 per hour remote support, £75 per hour on-site support plus travel.
  • Standard Support - £15 per desktop per month, £55 per server per month.
  • Premium Support - £25 per desktop per month, £150 per server per month.
